Services & pricing
No mysteries. Here's what we do and what it costs.
Every price on this page is real. One-off work is quoted before we touch anything. Monthly plans have no minimum term and you can cancel with a month's notice, though the whole point is that you won't want to.
Rescue fix
When something specific is broken
from £395 one-off, fixed quote
- Broken forms that lose orders, or show raw code where a form should be
- Duplicate old websites still live and splitting you in two on Google
- Wrong listings showing you closed, moved, or under a previous owner
- Stale homepages refreshed with your current story, hours and products
- Plain-English handover note when it's done, usually inside a week
Caretaker
Your website, kept fresh, every month
£149 per month, cancel any time
- Monthly sweep of every page, link, form and listing, problems fixed before customers meet them
- News kept current: post on Facebook as usual, we turn it into proper website updates
- Seasonal pages up in good time: Christmas orders, Burns Night, Mother's Day
- Google Business Profile kept accurate and active
- One-page monthly report and a two-minute check-in
Growth
For businesses that sell online, or should
£349 per month, cancel any time
- Everything in Caretaker, plus:
- Online shop looked after: seasonal collections, better product pages, gifting ready before the rush
- A monthly article that brings your business up when people search for what you sell
- A monthly email to your customers, built from the same material
- Quarterly deeper improvements to how the site converts
Prices cover one website and one location. Additional locations or a second site: £59 per month each.
New websites & online shops
from £2,000 fixed quote
Sometimes a site genuinely is past saving, or there's never been one. We build simple, fast websites and online shops designed for how your customers actually buy: click and collect for occasion orders, national delivery for hampers and gifts. Every build includes three months of Caretaker, because a new website without upkeep just becomes the next out-of-date one.
How we compare
The honest version of the comparison table.
| Doing it yourself or the nephew | A typical agency | Aye Online | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost per month | Free, in theory | £300 to £600+ | £149 |
| Who does the work | Whoever remembers | Whoever's assigned this week | The person who answers your email |
| How often it's checked | When something breaks | If it's in the contract | Every page, every month |
| Proof it happened | None | An invoice | A one-page report, monthly |
| Contract | None | Often 12 months | Cancel any time |
| If you leave | N/A | Depends who owns what | Everything goes with you |
The nephew option is genuinely fine until it isn't. Every website in our teardowns had someone who meant to get round to it.
Specialisms
Two things we go deeper on.
SEO & AEO
Getting found is the whole game: on Google, and now in the AI answers your customers increasingly ask. Audits, technical foundations, content and local search, and the newer work of being the business AI assistants recommend.
AI for your business
Half a day, hands-on: the right tools set up, practice with your real tasks, and the safety rules nobody tells small businesses. £249, team included.
The honest small print
Everything published on your website is written and checked by the same person you'll speak to on the phone, and nothing factual, prices, hours, products, is ever changed without your say-so.
Payment is monthly by direct debit or standing order for plans, and 50% up front for one-off work. No setup fees, no "hosting management" surcharges, no charging you £80 to change a phone number. If you ever leave, your website, domain and listings all go with you.
