Privacy
Privacy notice.
Short version: we collect the details you give us through the health check form, use them only to reply to you, and never sell or share them.
What we collect and why
When you request a website health check, we collect your name, email address, business name, website address and anything you write in the notes field. We use these solely to prepare your report, send it to you, and reply to any follow-up. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you asked us for the report.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our email. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then deleted. If you become a client, your details are kept for the duration of our work together and as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Email liam@ayeonline.co.uk and it'll be done within a week.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics configured in cookieless mode: no analytics cookies are set and no consent banner is needed, and we see only aggregate information about visits, not identified individuals. Embedded fonts are served by Google Fonts, and some images by Unsplash; your browser requests those files directly from them.
